2. we are not responsible for any lost or damaged during delivery.

3. we will email you detail of transaction including account numbers in case of payment by BANK DEPOSIT only.

4. invoice valid within 24 hours from the date of issue. If we do not receive any payment within 24 hours, we assume you cancel this transaction.

5. all order base on first pay basis.for booking,kindly privately email to me and RM10 is needed for reservation.

6. booking period only for 1 month, if no response from you till the date, we will let go the item to another serious buyer.

7. order will be delivered next working day upon of FULL PAYMENT received with condition your payment must be made between 8am-8pm daily.
